The Laws of Attraction

Life gave me a red rose today, and wished me well.
Hope came to bless my young and ready heart.
Reality introduced himself to me when I was about 8, comforted me in his wings, and warned me about a bad man called Insanity.
When i was 12, Delight gave me a hug and said that things will be fine.

9 years passed since I had spoken to any of them.

And i saw them again.

She changed her name to Death, and left me a chrysenthemum, wished me well.
Despair ratted at my window at dawn and anchored a sink in my heart.
Dream was always with me, and it was he that sheltered me from insanity.
Delirium gave me a hug and said that things are like beautiful flowers and stars and theres nothing much to worry about except the next meal or the ants crawling up your legs and this day is a fine day please enjoy it you will face my sisters again in future but who cares oh no i talked too much.

Children and Death
-We fear others' dying because it mirrors the fears and threats we feel in ourselves when we worry aboud ying. It is the attraction of the circus andwatching the acrobat on the flying trapeze perform without a safety net.
- Adolescent risk takin gbehaviour such as driving fast carsa dn taking drugs are death denying rater than death defying. Each success reinforces thier belief in thier immortaility, that they can overcome death, that it does not exist. The sruvival of such behaviours reinforces adolescent belief in thier immortatliy and allows them to continue in thier denial.

"the lot of rationals humans is to face up to the comfortless world as it was, is , and will be"
